Meet the Mind Behind Dreamlogic

Linda Dressen is a Licensed Professional Counselor who spent more than three decades working with the subconscious mind. Dreamlogic is what she built from that work.

Thirty Years of Listening to What Dreams Have to Say

Linda Dressen began her career as a Licensed Professional Counselor at a time when trauma therapy was still finding its language, and nightmare-focused work was rarely discussed outside of clinical circles. For more than 30 years she worked with clients navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and the particular weight of dreams that would not let them rest. That work placed her inside the dreaming mind night after night, not her own, but her clients', and over time she began to see patterns: the symbols that recurred, the figures that carried meaning, the layers beneath the obvious that, once named, changed everything. In retirement, she came to believe that the tools she was using in the clinic deserved to be accessible to anyone willing to do the work, not just those sitting across from a therapist. Dreamlogic is the result of that belief, a structured, clinically grounded method for understanding the language your sleeping mind speaks every night.

This Is Not Mysticism. This Is Method.

Dream interpretation carries a reputation it does not entirely deserve -- associated in the popular imagination with fortune telling, symbolism dictionaries, and vague spiritual claims. Linda's approach is different because her background is different. The Dreamlogic Interpretation Method is built on psychology, depth traditions, and somatic awareness, drawing on the same frameworks that inform evidence-based clinical practice. It does not tell you what your dreams mean. It gives you a reliable process for figuring that out yourself, grounded in your own history, your own symbols, and your own inner life.

In Her Own Words

Something brought you here. Maybe it was a dream you cannot stop thinking about. Maybe it was a slow accumulation of mornings when you woke with the faint residue of another world dissolving at the edges of consciousness, and you thought: I want to understand what lives there.

Whatever brought you here — welcome.

The dreaming mind is not your enemy, and it is not a stranger. It is, in many ways, the most honest part of you — working every night, without rest, to make sense of what it means to be alive in the particular life you are living.

I built Dreamlogic because I believe that. And because after thirty years of sitting with people in their hardest moments, I know what it means to finally feel heard — even by the quieter, stranger voice inside yourself.
